Member Expectations

• One representative from each member organization must attend to keep membership in good standing

• CoC members will be voting on items such as; At Large Board Members, Governance Changes, etc. Please ensure that a primary or alternate voter is in attendance to the meeting to vote. One vote is allowed per organization.

• Members will be expected to attend the entirety of the meeting to meet the training expectations of the membership.

Meeting Tips

• The meeting will be held via Google Meets
• The meeting will be recorded and posted on our website, however viewing the recording post meeting does not count as attendance to the meeting
• Attendees will be asked to complete forms for attendance, voting and post meeting survey. Each of these forms will account for an organization’s participation and attendance to the meeting.
• Ensure that you know who the primary and alternate voters are for your organization. Each organization may have one vote
• A password will be provided at the meeting to act as the signature of the CoC for grant close outs.
