The Membership Committee is responsible for collaborating with committees, groups, board and staff on key strategies, challenges, and needs in order to provide insight on membership recruitment, engagement and retention.
- Membership Service. Identifying the needs of members and recommending the development of services to meet those needs.
- Increasing Membership. Recommending means for increasing CoC’s membership base.
- Keeping Membership Informed. Recommending to the CoC Board ways in which to make prospective and current members aware of the resources, services, and membership benefits of CoC
- Welcoming New Members. Recommending ways to acknowledge new members and to encourage participation in CoC activities. Conducting welcoming activities via the committee Onboarding program.
- Propose strategies for re-engagement of lapsed members.
- Identifies target groups for potential CoC membership
Monthly Meetings- The meeting of the Membership Committee takes place on the third Wednesday of the month at 10 am.
